PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

 Zipp Europe Limited wishes to inform its clients and the public that, pursuant to the decision of the Central Bank of Cyprus, the Company’s Electronic Money Institution Licence No. 115.1.3.38 has been revoked.

This decision was made on the basis that the Company had not commenced the provision of electronic money or payment services within twelve (12) months from the date of licence issuance, as required under the applicable regulatory framework.

Zipp Europe Limited will therefore no longer offer or carry out any regulated activities that fall under the scope of its former licence.

The Company remains committed to ensuring full transparency and compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
